Last time I was in a pub on St. Patrick's Day there was about zero responsibility going on. I've never seen so many disgustingly drunk people since I left WVU.
I hear you. I rarely drink "out" any longer, preferring the solitude and peace of my homestead. Besides, dang pubs frown on building a small fire to enjoy on a cool evening.
That is one of the funniest videos I've seen. I love how the Irish call it "misuse" instead of "abuse." Let's not face the problem completely head-on. We'll give it something of a glancing blow.
